SUPERVISORY PROGRAM SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Duties * You will serve as the USMC Deputy Director, Vandegrift Team. * You will set agendas to achieve long-term Headquarter Marine Corps, DC I, and Naval Strategy Panel objectives relating to Great Power Competition. * You will review, edit, and coordinate briefings and presentations for strategic alignment, analytic rigor, and functional consistency with Headquarter Marine Corps, DC I, and Naval Strategy Panel objectives and campaigns. * You will identify, design, and implement plans, concepts, and campaigns that will enhance the competitive posture and warfighting advantage of the U.S. Marine Corps and Navy. * You will establish, coordinate, and task intelligence requirements for collection, analysis, and production in support of Headquarter Marine Corps, DC I, and Naval Strategy Panel projects. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101. * Must be able to acquire and maintain a TOP SECRET/Special Compartmentalized Information security clearance with Special Access Program requirements based upon current and favorable Special Background Investigation (SBI). * You may be required to take a polygraph test. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading senior interactions to set priorities for the development of tailored, long-term competitive strategies; reviewing, editing, and coordinating briefings and presentations for strategic alignment, analytic rigor, and consistency with objectives; serving as a program manager and overseeing multiple project directors working concurrent projects; working with special access and /or controlled access program information; planning and executing operations in the information environment; and planning, administering, and managing the overall work of the office.
