SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST with Security Clearance

Duties * You will as a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst in the Naval Information Forces Command, Office of the Commander. * You will be the senior liaison for budget, accounting, or financial management policy and procedures within the organization. * You will direct and/or perform continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization. * You will provide interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution and develop format and content to provide managers with various listing, reports, and data. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience applying concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of budgeting and/or financing and utilizing systems such as Financial Management System (FMS), the Defense Travel System, and Total Workforce Management System to extract data to conduct financial analyses. *Experience analyzing national level programs and developing, recommending, and implementing budgetary/financial policies and rendering authoritative interpretations of executive order, and OMB guidance within and across agency lines and departmental guidance. *Experience utilizing databases and financial spreadsheets for metrics tracking, trend analysis, identifying shortfalls, and discrepancies. *Experience leading, supervising, motivating, and counseling employees.
