Description of Duties: The Deputy Director Facilities/Asset Management supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: • Serves as the Deputy Director for the Facilities and Asset Management Department • Assist with the oversight and leadership of 100 employees at three geographic locations • Oversee the department's Quality Control and Earned Value teams • Share responsibility for the quality, schedule, and cost control of all facilities and asset management task orders • Assist with the oversight of all Missile Defense Integrated Operations Center (MDIOC) facilities maintenance work • Assist with the oversight of all MDIOC facility modification projects • Assist with the oversight of the management of government property • Be a driver in leading personnel to achieve department goals • Serve as a point of contact for the government customer This position can be filled at Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO. This position is expected to pay $181,000 - $206,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position. This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
