Duties * You will be developing policies and procedures to ensure information systems reliability and accessibility and to prevent and defend against unauthorized access to systems , networks, and data. * You will be conducting risk and vulnerability assessments of planned and installed information systems to identify vulnerabilities, risks and protection needs. * You will be promoting awareness of security issues among management and ensuring sound security principles are reflected in organizations visions and goals. * You will be performing needs analyses to define opportunities for new or improved business process solutions:; consulting with customers to identify and specify requirements. * You will be developing overall functional and systems requirements and specification; conducting business process reengineering. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing policies and procedures to ensure information systems reliability and accessibility, conducting systems security evaluations, audits, and review, and develop cost estimates for new or modified systems.
