Director of Medication Assisted Treatment Primary Responsibilities:
As the Clinical and Administrative Director for our Opioid Treatment Program, you will play a crucial role in overseeing both clinical and administrative aspects of the program. Your responsibilities include providing guidance and leadership to program supervisors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, and offering clinical supervision and training to the team. You will also actively participate in shaping agency policies and procedures as a member of the Executive Steering Team. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct supervision to program supervisors. • Direct daily operations, address inquiries, and resolve conflicts. • Offer direct care services when necessary to ensure service unit and contract compliance. • Train staff in identifying and addressing co-occurring disorders. • Plan and conduct staff development activities, including orientation, performance evaluations, scheduling, and training. • Maintain staff orientation, performance evaluations, role modeling, scheduling, and training. • Monitor employee morale and recommend strategies to enhance retention and job satisfaction. • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with major referral sources. • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of client data. • Coordinate administrative services for the program, collaborating on operating procedures and form development with the Business Specialist. • Design, implement, and monitor changes aimed at improving the program and expanding the client base. • Develop, implement, and monitor an action plan based on the COMPASS model for the Opioid program, focusing on psychiatric evaluation, treatment, and client follow-up. • Educate Agency staff on the Harm Reduction model. • Guide staff through audits and monitoring processes. • Review and maintain DCF Licensure and CARF accreditation. • Submit required reports. • Maintain and update procedures for fee collections. Supervisory Responsibilities:
You will supervise all staff within the Tampa and Lakeland Opioid Addictions Treatment Program, either directly or through subordinate supervisors. Your responsibilities in this capacity include interviewing and training new employees, planning and assigning work, directing tasks, conducting performance appraisals, addressing employee concerns, and resolving problems, all in accordance with the Agency's policies and applicable laws. Standards of Performance:

Additionally, you will serve as a role model for integrity, loyalty, and teamwork, and apply resources efficiently and responsibly. Identifying client needs and implementing programs to meet those needs will be a fundamental part of your role.
