Security Officers Needed Tampa

Job Description: Security Officers Needed in Tampa, Fl

We are currently seeking Security Officers to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be 18 years of age or older, a U.S. Citizen, and have a neat appearance. In addition, the candidate must be able to pass a drug screening and background investigation, have reliable transportation and phone, possess a Florida Class D License and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
  • Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
  • Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
  • Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Neat appearance
  • Pass a drug screening
  • Pass a background investigation
  • Have reliable transportation and phone
  • Florida Class D License
  • Experince in Access Control Systems
  • User level computer experince
  • Professional demeanor
