Executive \/ Human Resources Administrator with Security Clearance

* Generating and administering job postings
* Serving as a knowledgeable resource for management and staff of all levels regarding relevant HR practices, policies, and procedures
* Assisting with personnel administration, including administering leaves of absence, employee change requests, performance reviews, etc.
* Collecting, parsing, and generating HR/staffing metrics
* Cultivating relationships, establishing trust, and ensuring engagement with workforce * Data analysis to support ongoing initiatives, compliance, and HR planning

Executive Administrator Required Skills/Experience: * DoD related experience a plus.

Must be able to work independently * Ability to prepare, protect and handle sensitive, personal and company confidential documents and files * Proficiency in MS Office suite of tools, i.e., Excel, Word and Outlook. Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
* Understand JTR travel policy and serve as backup to the Group Travel Administrator * Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management
* Committed to follow company policies and procedures * Assist with overall office management functions
* U.S. citizenship required. Education High school diploma required.
