GOVERNMENT INFORMATION SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

1) Applying knowledge of the provisions for the Privacy Act, Freedom of Information Act, other information access laws, Executive Orders, and statues to resolve complex problems and issues;
2) Analyzing and interpreting civil laws and court decisions affecting policies and procedures regarding the Privacy Act and Freedom of Information Act;
3) Managing internal programs to ensure policies, procedures, and standards are in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act provisions;
4) Articulating ideas effectively through written and oral communication; and
5) Analyzing and resolving complex problems and issues.
