SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Duties * You will be responsible for the direction, integration, and coordination of the Department's Nuclear Material Support Program. * You will manage a full spectrum of activities associated with the nuclear material support for the Shipyard and Special Material Identification Code material for the fleet. * You will be responsible for the administrative tracking of numerous control processes such as manager storage data, quality analysis, and the monitoring of cost and schedule data. * You will be responsible for the Defective Material Summary (DMS) Program at the Shipyard. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. * This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: * Experience monitoring all aspects of nuclear material acquisition and making readjustments of resources to achieve defined goals. * Experience influencing negotiations of alternative courses of action for the resolution of conflicts with key personnel involved in nuclear material support. * Experience managing a full spectrum of activities associated with the nuclear material support for the Shipyard and Special Material Identification Code (SMIC) material for the fleet. * Experience ensuring adequate planning, scheduling and material support are provided for nuclear work. * Experience directing nuclear support functions in various areas that are assigned to manage nuclear material support work. * Experience confirming that adequate manpower resources, training, technical work procedures and equipment are provided to support material management and acquisitions.
