We are actively recruiting a Technology Specialist for our client in Knoxville, TN. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will require four days a week onsite in Knoxville, with one remote day a week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an innate interest in problem-solving who likes to work with a team. Will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to hardware and software. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.
