Job Summary:
The IT Specialist at Toyota/Lexus of Knoxville is a full-time individual contributor position in the Auto industry located in Knoxville, Tennessee. The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the dealership's employees, as well as maintaining the dealership's network and computer systems.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time salaried position with competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to dealership staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including hardware and software updates.
- Monitor and maintain the dealership's network and security systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for all IT systems and procedures.
- Oversee data backup and disaster recovery systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades.
- Train dealership staff on proper use and maintenance of IT systems.
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends in the auto industry.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy computer equipment.
