Job Description :

The Medical Director will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing the medical services at the facility. This includes working closely with the executive team in program planning, developing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and supervising medical staff. The Medical Director will also be a key contributor to quality improvement initiatives and will work to integrate physical and behavioral health in all programs.

Required Skills :
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO)
  • Current WA State DOH medical license with prescriptive authority
  • Experience working with patients who have complex co-morbidities
Preferred Skills :
  • Addictologist Certification
  • Experience in policy development
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
