About the Job

This Physician / Physical Medicine and Rehab / Washington / Locum tenens / Physiatrist position requires a skilled physician to provide medical leadership and support to the clinical team. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

This is a locum tenens opportunity, meaning you will work on a short-term basis to fill a current need. You will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace, while still contributing to the success of the facility.
