You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test processed, machined, fabricated, or assembled parts and products for defects, wear, and deviations from specifications.
  • Analyze blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials to determine inspection and testing procedures, adjustment methods, and certification requirements.
  • Measure dimensions of products using precision instruments (e.g., rulers, calipers, gauges, micrometers) to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Record inspection and test data, including weights, temperatures, grades, and quantities.
  • Mark items with relevant details (e.g., grade, acceptance, or rejection status).
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze test data and compute results to make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Technician (6 months to 2 years+) is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a significant advantage.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
