Key Responsibilities- Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Accurately fill and label medication orders, maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient medication records, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy department.
- 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with a strong background in pharmacy automation and computer skills.
- Current New Hampshire Pharmacy Technician Registration and National Pharmacy Technician Certification from PTCB within 90 days of hire.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on education and training in pharmacy technology.
