M & M Hydraulic Company, a trusted name in the Minnesota hydraulic repair industry, is seeking Hydraulic Mechanics to join their St. Paul, MN team.

  • Attractive Schedule: Hours for this position are 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The President is understanding that life happens outside of the shop and allows for flexibility so long as you are able to complete your work. Some overtime may be available, no mandatory overtime

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Engage in hands-on component repairs at a dedicated workbench for 7-8 hours a day.
  • Dive into the details by researching seals and mastering part placements.
  • Sharpen your skills in measuring and evaluating the condition of hydraulic cylinders, deciding on repairs or replacements.
  • Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, working 7 am - 3:30 pm.
  • Enhance your expertise in welding and machine tool operation, becoming a key player in our technical team.
