Job Details for the Accounting Admin:
- Part-time Schedule: 20 hours per week, make your own schedule between operating hours of Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
- Pay Rate: $26-$28/hr

- Manage the complete accrual accounting cycle, including reconciliations and adjustments to support accurate financial statements.
- Prepare and process payroll for staff, complying with state and federal regulations.
- Identify and gather information for 1099 vendors and handle year-end reporting.
- Review annual audits and salary details for compliance.
- Generate and submit required payroll tax reports (941s, VA-6) quarterly.
- Process W-2s, 1099s, and related forms annually to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Attend semi-monthly staff meetings.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
- 5+ years of accrual accounting experience.
- Proficiency working within ERP systems for financial management and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Comfortable working within a religious organization.
