ARMI Contractors, a nationwide leader in a diverse range of contracting services, is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team located in the Fayetteville, AR area. Relocation assistance may be available for a well-qualified candidate.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance and/or 5+ years proven working experience.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of accounting: billing, financial statements, general ledger, project accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and revenue recognition.
  • Assists in maintaining Sage Intacct accounting software.
  • Collaborate with Management team on processes and procedures to reduce costs, increase revenue, and maximize profitability.
  • Oversee monthly accounting close process, including analysis of job cost and percentage of completion.
  • Maintain and enhance the system of internal controls.
  • Oversees accounting inventory values and procedures.
  • Responsible for cash flow reporting.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain fixed assets records.
  • Manage ARMI Accounting Team
  • Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel on the Accounting Team.
  • Recommend continuous improvement ideas for accounting processes.
  • Participate in hiring and training of Accounting Team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
