Job Title
• Cherry Picker - temp to perm opportunity.

o Pay Rate: 19.50 ... pay incentive when converted to full time employee.
o Holiday pay included even as a temp employee (must meet requirements)
o 1000 Bonus offered when becoming a full-time employee through the company.

Schedule:
• Monday - Friday / potential OT. 9am - 5:30PM
Location
• Bolingbrook

Responsibilities of the Cherry Picker Operator:
• This role will assist in receiving, handling, stocking, and storing, recording, and dispatching goods in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Full time job working 40 hrs a week
• Order Pickers must cross train in all departments
• Operate a cherry picker or lift truck to move and transport materials within the warehouse
• Perform order picking and packing duties as required
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks
• Use a pallet jack to move pallets of materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Note: Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Qualifications of the Cherry Picker Operator
• Loading, unloading, picking, packing, or moving goods in a warehouse environment; forklift / cherry picker experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work orders, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency and/or a demonstrated technical aptitude to learn; preferred technical skills to include but not limited to MS-Office products, Vista, Control, SX.e, Prophet 21.
• Demonstration of basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units to measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals); ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent preferred.
• Ability to compile routine reports and write correspondence.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated to accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
• Demonstration of attention to detail.
• Safety-minded.
