Position Overview:

  • Cherry Picker Operator - temp to permanent position.

Compensation:
Competitive pay rate with additional incentives upon full-time conversion.

Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities of the Cherry Picker Operator:

  • Assist in receiving, handling, stocking, and storing goods in a warehouse environment.
  • Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
  • Cross-training in various departments is required.
  • Operate cherry picker equipment to transport materials within the facility.
  • Perform order picking and packing tasks as needed.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Utilize pallet jacks for moving materials.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

Additional Notes:
Employees may be assigned other related tasks to meet the organization's needs.

Qualifications for the Cherry Picker Operator:

  • Experience in loading, unloading, picking, packing, or moving goods in a warehouse setting; prior forklift or cherry picker experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, work orders, and operational instructions.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software; familiarity with MS-Office products and other technical systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Capability to compile routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate self-motivation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset.
