MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher. Hold a valid CTE Occupational Specialist Certificate. Preference to those who are certified by the Board of Nursing. Preference to a Registered Nurse with three to five years of experience and at least one to two years of experience caring for the elderly at some time in your career.
