Salary Range: $135700 - $278300 Salary

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At One Call, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $135700 - $278300 Salary

JOB SUMMARY:

As the VP of Business Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future by integrating AI technologies, optimizing processes, and driving strategic initiatives. Your leadership will span across operations, technology, and business functions, with a specific focus on leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, innovation, and growth. This position supports but not limited to the areas of Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, Provider Network and Marketing to ensure One Call is building products to support the business goals. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Strategic Leadership and AI Vision:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business transformation strategy that aligns with our company's vision.

• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and executing transformational initiatives across all departments, emphasizing AI adoption.

• Collaborate with senior executives to ensure business transformation efforts align with strategic objectives.

Operational Excellence and Process Optimization:

• Leverage AI to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making.

• Implement data-driven approaches to enhance operational efficiency.

Technology Transformation with an AI Lens:

• Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for AI integration.

• Champion AI-driven innovation within the organization, from customer service to supply chain management.

• Drive the adoption of AI technologies to enhance productivity and competitiveness.

Business Transformation and Change Management:

• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for AI implementations.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

Market Insights and Growth Opportunities:

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Identify growth opportunities where AI can drive business transformation.

• Develop strategies to position the company as a leader in AI-driven innovation.

Talent Development and Collaboration:

• Mentor and develop leaders within the organization, emphasizing AI literacy.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, data science, and business units.

• Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration to maximize AI impact.

Risk Mitigation and Ethical AI:

• Address ethical considerations related to AI, including bias, privacy, and transparency.

• Implement robust risk management practices for AI deployments.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's or MBA preferred).

10+ years of experience in Operations, Technology or related field.

Proven track record in senior management roles, with a focus on business transformation, technology, and change management (Experience in the medical, healthcare or worker's compensation is preferred)

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and natural language processing.

Experience in the health services industry or a related field.

Ability to inspire, influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to develop, articulate and execute long-term strategies with a focus on AI and emerging technologies.

Achievement of key business transformation goals, such as revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiency improvements.

Successful implementation and adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on the effectiveness of business transformation initiatives.

Improved customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Recognition of the company as a leader in innovation and business transformation within the industry.

Prior work experience in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks is helpful.

Must be able to effectively present information to clients and/or public, both written and verbally.

Fluent understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as demonstrated skills in presentation.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior customer service through needs assessment, meeting quality standards and evaluation.

Knowledge of business processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the overall satisfaction of the customer.

Knowledge of word processing, database management, standard office procedures, programs, and medical terminology a plus.

Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others to work to build and maintain strong, working relationships.

Understands the implications of latest information for both current and future problem solving.

Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems.
