Job Description:
- Provide consumer credit counseling and administer debt management services.
- Provide information regarding banking products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
- Compute payment offers to creditors, intervening and negotiating with creditors to extend, consolidate, refinance, and/or restructure credit terms and conditions for debt repayment.
- Conducts classes and workshops on personal financial management and budgeting to company employees as well as training to Military Command Financial Specialist
- Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.
Requirements:
- Recent customer service experience, working directly with customers
- Willingness to help others
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Quick data entry skills
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm CST
- Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week onsite
