Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Contract position with a client in Chino, CA. Ideally, we are looking for applicants with a solid background in Customer Service Representative and extensive experience with Customer Support, Project Management & Microsoft office Suite.


Pay Range: $25 to $28/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Customer Service Representative Job responsibilities Includes:

  1. Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities/task in a fast-paced work environment with high attention to detail.
  2. Strong communication skills, verbal and written, required.
  3. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Strong organizational, time management skills.
  5. Flexibility to work outside normal working hours, as required.
  6. Working knowledge of basic refrigeration and/or knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC is preferred.
  7. High level of professionalism and diplomacy.
  8. Handles confidential matters and issues where the highest level of discretion and decorum.
  9. Demonstrated ability to making decisions, learn quickly, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment. Work effectively in diverse team environment.
  10. Strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines.
  11. Proven sales and customer services skills.
  12. Strong Project Management Skills Required
  13. Working knowledge of Refrigeration systems, service agreements
  14. Customer Service Experience (High Profile customer)
  15. Ability to work both individually and as a team with minimum supervision.
