Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end international air export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise



Key Requirements

  • Air export experience required or degree in relevant field is required
  • Experience handling pharmaceutical cargo beneficial
  • Experienced in CargoWise beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
