Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Design Intern to join our team. This individual will play a key role in developing and refining visual concepts for sale materials, digital assets, and presentations that align with our brand identity. This is an unpaid hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, with the ability for remote work.


Responsibilities:


  • Catalog Development: Develop and refine compelling visual concepts for inventory catalogs, investment templates, and pitch decks, ensuring alignment with Alesian’s brand identity and the thematic elements of each project. 
  • Brand Identity: Maintain consistent adherence to the brand’s identity, guidelines, and tone across all design outputs. This involves ensuring uniformity in fonts, colors, and layouts in all materials to uphold brand coherence and integrity. 
  • Design Implementation: Create and implement design solutions from conception through implementation that strategically translate and support the brand image. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the strategy team and other departments to integrate design concepts into broader business strategies. Communicate insights and design concepts effectively to ensure alignment with Alesian’s image and values.


Qualifications:'


  • Candidates must be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fashion Design, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Canva or Figma. Proficiency with animation software is a plus. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of designs, works, and collections. Please include any designs that represent the aesthetic of our website. 
  • Solid organization skills and ability to multitask effectively and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Willingness to collaborate with other designers and communicate with them regularly to share ideas, feedback, and coordinate tasks. 
  • Excellent creative standards. 
  • Knowledge of a language other than English is preferred but not required.
