About The Role:


We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer intern to join our Creative Team. In this role you'll help develop creative for both marketing and merchandising across digital and print. Candidates must have good team working skills and the ability to develop art from direction as well as developing concepts from inception to final execution. The role is demanding of a motivated individual who works well under pressure and wants to grow alongside management teams for established acts in the Electronic space.

Organization & communication is key to execute on said role and leadership skills are a plus. TSG is dedicated to becoming the premier destination for branding/marketing not just for music but for all entertainment. The Shalizi group is passionate in building out the creative in-house team and is a major focal point in the future of our ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design process for assets from concept to execution (Discovery, Moodboard, Sketches, Design).

- Have an understanding in the developing of creative for merchandising, social, print, web, and mobile.

- Research into current graphic trends and communicating these trends to larger team.

- Manage workload and deadlines to deliver creative solutions in a timely manner.

- Developing social media banners from a release related to music or merchandise.

- Motion graphics/video editing skills are a plus. TikTok/Reels cut down skills are a must.

- Helping to create/develop pitch decks for artists managed under TSG

- Resizing images to specific ratios for digital ad campaigns.

- Developing unique and creative posts for social that our artist roster can tap into.


Requirements:

- Portfolio (please attach link or copy to your application)

- Experience in a design role agency, studio, or in-house for ecommerce/retail preferred

- Proficiency in Photoshop

- Proficiency in Illustration skills, InDesign and Premiere are a plus

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Ability to maintain quality under pressure and while delivering multiple projects.

- Strong attention to detail
