Required Experience
Infinitee is looking to add a social media strategist to our fast-paced and growing team. Candidates for the position must have 5+ years direct experience managing social media strategies and campaigns for either an agency or consumer brand, and possess a comprehensive understanding of how to leverage offline media functions to drive results. The role will require a complete understanding of the annual retail calendar requirements and extensive experience driving traffic to shopping centers and/or onsite events through tailored social media strategies. An analytical mind, proficiency in social media reporting tools, and the ability to glean actionable insights from the data to inform strategic and tactical decisions are mandatory for success in this position.

Functional _____________________________
- Own the social media discipline for the agency across all client accounts, serving as the face of social strategy and working with senior account team members to develop and execute strategies that add value to client partnerships and the agency alike.
- Plan, develop & integrate all social media assets across active initiatives, managing production personnel resources while simultaneously raising brand awareness, leading social activations, and measuring/refining the efficiencies and effectiveness of digital tactics.
- Manage & support timelines, creative concepting, resourcing, production, reporting, and financial health for new & active social initiatives to ensure deliverables stay on strategy, on schedule, on brand, and within budget.
- Support the agency's Social Media Content Studio product offerings, experience, and new business efforts, by confidently providing strategic and creative recommendations that drive measurable results.
- Support the team and its clients by actively looking for ways to continually improve the agency’s social media products, processes, and resources, bringing potential solutions to the table.
- Continually look for opportunities to grow relationships with clients by building rapport and adding strategic value to each client interaction.

and will pay 50% of the employee only coverage of the least expensive plan offered. All
insurance coverage has a 60 days waiting period, then effective the first of the
following month.

In-Office
This position is full-time, in-office, with the option to work remotely two days per month, if desired. Infinitee believes strongly in its team culture and the camaraderie enjoyed by having the team at our office location. Remote working days must be marked as such on your shared calendar and communicated with the team.
Travel
When travel is necessary on behalf of Infinitee, all out of pocket expenses will be paid based on mileage and coded receipts submitted within 30 days. Expenses turned in post 30 days are not reimbursable. An Infinitee American Express credit card will be issued for business use only, once you have been employed for 60 days, unless approved by the CEO of Infinitee before the 60 day period.
Non-Compete
A non-compete agreement must be signed before the first day of employment. This agreement is confidential and between the CEO of Infinitee and you, the employee. It is not to be discussed or shared with any other employee, supplier, or vendor. A 90-day performance review will take place with the CEO of Infinitee.
