Our Life Sciences client needs a contract P2P Application and Reporting Manager who will provide technical and operational support for key IT systems and finance applications across the end-to-end P2P landscape. The role will also take ownership for our client's finance operational performance metrics and KPI reporting and for ongoing engagement with our external platform partners. In summary, the role requires strong finance, IT and analytical skills to manage P2P systems, reporting, issues and relationships. SAP and process improvement experience is valued along with life sciences domain knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive strategy for end-to-end Guided Buying process and application
  • Act as product owner for financial applications to meet business needs
  • Ensure regular alignment across finance and business stakeholders
  • Support global user community in addressing P2P issues
  • Act as service delivery lead for application issues
  • Liaise with other teams to resolve end-to-end issues
  • Own PO Management app and other P2P applications
  • Manage engagement with vendor partners
  • Develop SLA/KPI reporting framework
  • Maintain relationships with business partners
  • Ensure completeness of P2P system documentation


Job Qualifications:

  • Academic background in finance/IT
  • Communication, interpersonal, organizational skills
  • Customer focus and issue resolution abilities
  • Analytical and structured thinking
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Finance experience with SAP
  • Experience with SLA/KPI reporting
  • Data management and reporting experience
  • Knowledge of P2P financial processes
  • Lean Six Sigma experience (desirable)
  • Shared services or large multinational experience (desirable)
  • Life sciences industry experience (desirable)
  • ServiceNow knowledge (desirable)


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
