What You'll Do:

  • Lead financial operations, utilizing your vast accounting knowledge and experience.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA certification is a plus, but is not mandatory.
  • You boast at least 3 years of leadership experience in a financial role, ideally as a Controller or Assistant Controller.
  • Your background in property management or construction will be highly regarded, although it's not a must.
  • Experience with AppFolio software is advantageous, showcasing your ability to adapt to and manage industry-specific technologies.
  • You're a self-starter, motivated and driven, with a strong business sense and a desire to be actively involved in company operations rather than just observing from the sidelines.
