  • Assist with remarketing and placing renewal business
  • Update policy information in Hawksoft for remarketed renewals
  • Generate applications, binders, renewal certificates for remarketed business
  • Proofread issued policies
  • Update/generate Summaries of Insurance, thank you letters, and deliver Welcome Kits
  • Issue renewal certificates as needed
  • Manage customer relationships (billing, certificates, endorsements, audits, inspections, claims, late payments)
  • Assist walk-in customers and answer phones, including Personal Lines customers
  • Assist with general office administration and customer service duties

Education Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Property and casualty agent licensing expected

Experience:

  • Equivalent business work experience may substitute for insurance knowledge

Specific Knowledge:

  • Strong customer service and sales environment understanding
  • Appreciation of the insurance industry helpful
  • Experience with Hawksoft Client Management System beneficial but not required
