Also supports clinical staff during onboarding/orientation and with new client placement.

Works closely with the management team and is accountable for optimizing outcomes for those we serve as well as optimizing service opportunities for all lines of service.

Home, Hope and Healing is a home care agency that provides skilled pediatric and adult nursing care in the home and community setting throughout the State of Maine.

We are a team of professionals providing well-coordinated, compassionate services while assisting families in navigating a complex healthcare system.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Valid Maine RN license
Solid clinical background (ICU, ER and/ or ventilator experience a plus)
Homecare and supervision experience preferred
Superior clinical assessment and supervisory skills required, combined with a business focus dedicated to quality, customer service, and efficiency
Understanding of Home Care caseload management, regulations, and long-term care home care MaineCare policy
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred

Other Job Requirements:
Must possess strong communication skills (empathetic, yet decisive and firm when needed)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize potential issues before they escalate
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and electronic medical record
Valid Maine Driver's license, reliable transportation, auto liability insurance and a good driving record. Must pass a criminal background check
