Position Overview: As the Partnership Director for benefit analytics, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with large accounts, ensuring seamless partner onboardings, and driving product utilization and customer success. This position combines elements of customer engagement, account management, and product expertise to deliver exceptional value to our clients. 


This role is a perfect fit for a forward-thinking benefits producer, account executive, or medical carrier salesperson who loves the technical and analytics side of benefits and enjoys working with clients. Being a licensed producer is a benefit as well as completing CEBS parts one and two. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead large partner onboarding efforts: Serve as the primary point of contact for large accounts, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition to our benefit analytics platform. 
  • Develop strong client relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport with key stakeholders within large accounts, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to drive maximum value from our products. 
  • Actively collaborate with customers: Proactively gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and address any concerns or challenges they may encounter during the onboarding process. 
  • Lead product development initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with our product development and implementation teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure alignment between client requirements and product capabilities. 
  • Drive customer success: Monitor key metrics and performance indicators to track the success of large accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and the expansion of our product offerings. 


Qualifications: 

  • 3-7 years of experience in customer engagement, account management, and/or analytics preferably in the employee benefits industry. 
  • CEBS or other relevant industry certification is recommended. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with large accounts. 
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients and managing complex accounts. 
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
