This will be a fulltime direct placement position. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical and Health Services Manager to join our healthcare team. This role will oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities or a specific department ensuring the delivery of highquality patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills.

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations including staffing budgeting and resource management for departments or facilities.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare laws regulations and policies including local state and federal guidelines.

  • Staff Supervision: Recruit train and manage healthcare staff fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.

  • Financial Management: Prepare and monitor budgets control costs and optimize financial performance through resource allocation and costeffective practices.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance patient care quality safety and service delivery.

  • Patient Care Optimization: Implement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction health outcomes and efficiency of care delivery.

  • Data Management and Reporting: Analyze and report on performance metrics utilizing data to drive continuous improvement in healthcare services.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between staff patients families and the community ensuring clear communication and addressing concerns as needed.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business public health or related field. Master s degree preferred.

  • Experience: 35 years of management experience in a healthcare setting with strong knowledge of healthcare regulations operations and quality standards.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficient in budgeting financial planning and resource management.

    • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.

    • Knowledgeable in healthcare information systems and data management.

    • Familiar with healthcare regulations compliance and risk management.

  • Licensure/Certification: Certification as a Certified Medical Manager (CMM) Certified Healthcare Administrative Professional (cHAP) or Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) is preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare management software (e.g. Epic Cerner or Meditech).

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Indepth understanding of Medicare Medicaid HIPAA OSHA and Joint Commission standards.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically to a range of stakeholders.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.

  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes in the healthcare environment and work nontraditional hours as needed.

  • Conflict Resolution: Skilled in conflict resolution and managing difficult situations with patients staff and external partners.
