Job Title: IT Helpdesk Analyst

Location: Nashville, TN (Franklin Office)

Employment Type: W2 Contract- 12+ Month

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite/in-office in Franklin, 2 days remote)

Experience Level: 1-2 years



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and user accounts.
  • Document and track support requests using our ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as necessary.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies in ServiceNow.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on best practices and IT policies.



Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, O365).
  • Basic understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals) are a plus.
