This role will be fulltime 8am - 5pm PST, onsite in Long Beach.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • IT Operations with focus on Vessel
  • Automation support for:
  • Remote table protocols for STS Cranes
  • OCR systems
  • Navis N4
  • Expertise with XPS software, or similar system
  • Support TEAMS (Terminal Equipment Automated Management System) software for the automated guided vehicles
  • Support BMS (Battery Management System) and fence control system for the automated guided vehicles
  • Upgrade software based on instructions provided by software vendor
  • Managing work using help desk tickets (Jira)
  • Support EDI and billing issues


What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience with vessel operations and processes
  • Automation expertise with the above mentioned systems, or similar tools
  • Expertise with XPS software, or similar system
  • Maritime business knowledge required
  • Experience with Navis N4 or similar TOS system
  • Help desk ticking experience required
  • Understanding of inventory management principles and global logistics practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including the ability to follow a detailed


Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of Confluence and Splunk query
  • Familiar with setting up emulations for staging (running scripts, clearing baselines, etc.)
