- Diagnose electrical issues using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to identify and implement improvements.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and electrical codes to maintain a safe work environment.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and upgrades.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program or technical school training preferred.
- Electrical license or certification may be required.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
**Working Conditions:**
- Shift work and occasional overtime may be required.
- Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Exposure to noise, heat, cold, and industrial chemicals may occur.
