Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Maintenance:Perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting:Diagnose and repair electrical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Preventive Maintenance:Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment longevity.
  • Installation:Install new electrical systems and components in compliance with local and national codes.
  • Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections.
  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with other maintenance personnel and departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • HMI Systems:Maintain and troubleshoot Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems to ensure effective and efficient operation.
Qualifications
  • Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician/Technician.
  • Education:High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical maintenance is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and other control systems.
    • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
  • Physical Requirements:Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Availability:Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed.
