Position Summary: As a Commercial Journeyman Electrician, you will play a pivotal role in the successful completion of our commercial and industrial projects. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in accordance with established codes and specifications. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:•Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment in commercial and industrial settings.•Interpret electrical blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to plan installations and ensure compliance.•Coordinate and supervise the work of apprentice electricians and other team members.•Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure efficient project execution.•Perform electrical tests and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve issues.•Adhere to safety protocols, electrical codes, and industry regulations.•Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.•Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns.
Requirements:•Journeyman Electrician license/certification.•Proven experience as a commercial electrician in the construction industry.•Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.•Ability to interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications.•Excellent leadership and communication skills.•Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.•Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and conditions.•Valid driver's license.
