The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies tailored to meet the company's business needs and growth in the US
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local regulations and laws, promptly updating them as needed.
  • Responsible for human resources functions of ANTA US, including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Contribute to the development of employee training and development initiatives to enhance professional skills and career advancement opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive HR solutions and support to local employees, continually enhancing the employee experience.
  • Explore best global HR management practices through industry research and data analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in multinational corporations.
  • Knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and working under pressure.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese.
