Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to gain hands-on experience in various marketing aspects. As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll craft and execute dynamic marketing collateral to drive engagement and sales, create persuasive promotional email, SMS, and Push Notification campaigns, and coordinate sales campaigns. You will also orchestrate sales campaigns and strategize and schedule social media content, effectively capturing behind-the-scenes content that is in line with our brand marketing. This role requires attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.


What We're Looking For:

Master Communicator: ability to match our brand's tone and voice

Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets

Organized Multi-tasker: with a time management ability, having an eye for detail, and excellent writing skills

Social Media Pro: Proficiency with social scheduling platforms like Later, content editing platforms such as Canva, CapCut, and/or Final Cut


Responsibilities:

Promotional Support (55%)

Coordinate monthly promotional calendars and manage sales execution. Create copy for emails, SMS, and push notifications for product launches and sales, and ensure accurate data entry.

Social Media & Content Support (35%)

Plan and schedule content for social media platforms, capture and edit behind-the-scenes and production content, and write or update 1-2 SEO-optimized blogs per month. Respond to comments and DMs to engage with the social media community.

Housekeeping and Continuous Improvement (10%)

Maintain workflows and documentation, stay updated on marketing best practices and trends, and label and tag content for easy searchability. Assist with product shoots and develop and maintain policies and procedures, focusing on improvement and efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the field of email marketing, social media, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Google Workspace proficiency
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Understand the working of scheduling and content editing platforms for social media
