Responsibilities:

  1. Organize, process, and maintain electronic data relevant to litigation cases.

  3. Oversee the processing and conversion of collected data into reviewable formats, using eDiscovery software and tools.

Strong knowledge of discovery rules, procedures, and best practices, including Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) and local court rules.
