Join a team that is disrupting an industry You will learn full-cycle professional recruiting from scorecards to sourcing strategies and interviewing to screening skills.
Talent Sourcing: Learn and apply outbound search techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates online. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers to supply engaged leads for further consideration in the interview process. Coordinate leads from a variety of sourcing partners and channels; develop on-going partnerships. Impact the overall technician workforce growth, a key focus metric for the entire organization, by ensuring the recruiters and hiring managers have an appropriate number of interviews weekly based on their hiring goals. Support the recruiting team in driving a culture of employee referrals through rewards, recognition, and regular communication.
Recruitment Marketing: Collaborate with the Talent Team to create digital recruiting materials, building out campaigns and automated communications. Become proficient in A/B testing cold email messages and job ads, understanding the key motivators of our candidate profile, and gaining the attention of the right job seeker. Explore targeted social media engagement to advance the Employer Brand and drive engagement and conversion of top talent.
HCM/HRIS Technologies: Post and update job postings as needed through ATS / Job boards. Support recruiting functions by applying Best Practices to source, track and manage leads and candidates. Provide feedback in continuous improvement of recruiting metric dashboards and scorecards.

What you have...
· Current MBA student OR 3 years of an Undergraduate degree completed, preferably in a Business or Communications related course of study, and enrolled in coursework for the current semester
· A minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer/client interactive role in a professional setting
· Strong communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal, social)
· A high level of emotional maturity and situational awareness
· Significant experience using multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Experience with various photo editing and graphic design tools a plus (Canva)

Schedule: Part-time, Monday- Friday
Duration: Approximately 12 weeks, with opportunity to extend based on business need and performance
