The HR/Payroll Functional Analyst provides support for the technical and business process needs of the HR and Payroll departments. Ensure data integrity and effective system utilization to meet the Company's organizational and operational needs. The analyst will utilize skill and experience to participate in HR and Payroll related projects and system upgrades. The holistic goal is to become an almost fully paperless payroll team and best prepare for the migration from AX2012 to D365. This role is required to be onsite 100% of the time in Springfield, Or. or Medford, Or. and has light travel requirements taking place between those two cities.
Must Haves:
-2+ years of Functional Analyst experience
-2+ years of SQL Query writing experience
-2+years of UAT testing experience
-2+ years of end user documentation writing experience

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
