The Warehouse and Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and overseeing the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for managing the import and export of goods, including pick-up and coordinating with freight forwarders and sometimes customs brokers.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
  2. Oversee the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
  3. Lead in the shipping of goods and order fulfillment.
  4. Manage the inventory receiving process, including verifying incoming shipments, checking for damages, and updating inventory records.
  5. Process incoming inspection of parts as needed.
  6. Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to manage the import and export of goods.
  7. Ensure compliance with all import and export regulations.
  8. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movement of goods.
  9. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  10. Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
  11. Pulling of parts/materials for prototype and production needs.
  12. Ensure proper billing and invoicing of parts that are going in and out of the inventory system.
  13. Train and supervise warehouse staff.
  14. Maintain KPI
