You will coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including internal team meetings and external stakeholder consultations.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Prepare and manage project-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance reports.
  • Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and expenditures.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and presentations.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to project managers and senior management.
  • Provide support in resolving project-related issues and conflicts.
  • Assist in implementing corrective actions and changes as needed to ensure project success.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving project goals.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs and priorities.
