Overview

Kid Explorer Club Corporation is on a mission to inspire and educate the next generation through groundbreaking programs and activities. We re looking for an Executive Director who can think big and drive us forward. This role is about visionary leadership overseeing operations managing a passionate team and building partnerships that propel our mission. If you have a fire for child development and education paired with sharp management skills strategic leadership insuring that our organization fulfill its mission we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the mission and objectives of Kid Explorer Club Corporation.
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring that programs and services align with the organizations vision.
  • Manage a team of staff mentees and volunteers providing guidance and support to ensure highquality program delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners stakeholders and donors to enhance organizational support.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make datadriven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization promoting its mission to the broader community.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to operations.
  • Proven track record in program development particularly in designing and implementing successful initiatives for children or youth.
  • Experience in strategic planning and with a focus on organizational growth and impact.globally
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising including securing corporate sponsorships and grants.
  • Strong financial management skills including budget preparation and financial reporting.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in forprofit or nonprofit management education business administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a socially responsible organization with a focus on childrens programs.
  • Proven track record of successful program development and implementation demonstrating impact on community engagement.
  • Strong financial acumen with at least 5 years of experience in budget management and fundraising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in staff management and team leadership with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory roles.
  • Ability to think strategically manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments
  • Proven track record in program development particularly in designing and implementing successful initiatives for children or youth.
