We're looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team as a Junior Technical Recruiter. In this role, you'll play a vital role in our talent acquisition process, supporting the recruitment of top technical talent for our company.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical needs
  • Source and identify qualified candidates using various online and offline resources
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process efficiently using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Participate in recruiting events and build relationships within the tech community


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and desires a career path in sales. High performers will be given the opportunity to transition into a Sales Development role after successfully completing the recruitment program.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry (a plus)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong learning agility and eagerness to develop new skills
