Our agency offers a wide range of property/casualty & financial services products from the largest auto, home, life, and boat insurer in the country, State Farm Insurance. We help customers manage the risk of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. Our agency is one of the largest State Farm agencies in the country, and consistently ranks in the top 1/2% of State Farm agencies in the United States.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site roles located in Alpharetta, GA or Roswell, Ga. The Sales Representative will be responsible for speaking with existing and prospective customers to discuss insurance needs, explaining coverage options, quoting policies, and marketing insurance products. The Sales Representative will also provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Training/Experience
This position does not require extra hours or weekends. Training, leads, and proven processes are provided. No prior insurance experience is required.
Many advancement opportunities are available within the agency. Also, if you desire to own your own business one day you can have the option to engage in our State Farm Agent Aspirant program. Our agency's State Farm Agent Aspirant program has already produced multiple successful State Farm Agency owners.
Compensation:
$50,000 up to No Max (top associates make $100k+).
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Experience in insurance sales is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
This employment opportunity is with a State Farm Agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies and requires the successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.
