Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the agent with other marketing activities, including but not limited to: event set up and implementation, social media marketing, and outbound phone call marketing
  • Social media marketing: assisting the agency in creating content for Instagram, Facebook and Google pages. 
  • Assisting the agency in scheduling events in the community that could include marketing, event set up and implementation of the event. 
  • Learning our CRM computer system used to organize current clients and prospects
  • Making outbound calls to prospects to obtain auto and home quotes 
  • Making outbound phone calls to our current clients schedule appointments
  • Answering inbound phone calls and assisting current clients
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
